1. Express 24-Hour Delivery (Select Cities)
We undertake 24-hour delivery in the following cities and surrounding places:
- Chandigarh, Mohali, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Patiala, Karnal, and Jammu.
- If your delivery address falls in these regions, you'll receive your order within 24 hours after placing the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Store Pickup Option (Express)
If you are in any of the cities listed above, you can also pay online and collect your order at the nearest store at your convenience — in most cases, ready within hours.
3. Standard Delivery Timeline (Rest of India)
For locations outside the express delivery zone, our standard delivery timelines apply:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000
- ₹99 shipping charge for orders less than ₹2,000
- COD Fee: Extra ₹ 50 (if selected)
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive WhatsApp, SMS, and email updates with your tracking link.
- You can also check the status through the “Track My Order” section on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. If unsuccessful, your package will return to our warehouse. We can reship it upon request.
7. Packaging and Safety
Your products are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
In case of receipt of damaged or tampered package, please refuse the delivery and intimate us immediately at contact@weardoria.in
